On February 26th 2014, MUBi took part in a workshop under the CIVITAS Initiative. It’s a European Union project aimed at helping interested cities (membership here) in implementing infrastructures aimed at sustainable mobility.
The target of this workshop was students aged 10 to 14 years old from Agrupamento de Escolas Alexandre Herculano, in Porto. With the help of Miguel Barbot, from Velo Culture, students were oriented towards issues such as sustainable mobility, active means of transportation and intermodal transportation, in an effort to clearify prejudices as far as bicycle in the urban context is concerned.
